Right of Withdrawal

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (sama-hijab.com represented by(Kiev , kestenzeile 11, 12349 berlin, email address: contact@sama-hijab.com) a clear declaration (by email E-mail or the return request sent via the customer account) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please only use the cancellation form attached below. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation by email. If for any reason you have not received a confirmation from us by email, you should still return the goods within 14 days.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

If you want to exchange some goods for others (e.g. the color of the item), you should return them first. The items that you want to exchange or return must be in their original packaging with a label. You pay for the return yourself. Upon receipt, we will send you the desired products. The new delivery is free of charge for you. (within Germany)

Information on returning items from orders with a voucher / promotion code.

 

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you will be reimbursed the reduced purchase price. If you cancel or return an item from an order that originally contained multiple items, the value of the promotional code will be deducted from the total price of the item and you will receive a corresponding refund. The promotion code expires in proportion to the value of the returned item. If all items are canceled or returned, the promotion code will expire and the amount originally paid will be refunded. There is no entitlement to a refund or replacement of a voucher / promotion code from a promotion. If you have used a voucher code for free delivery above a certain order amount and then return some items and the amount of your order is below the specified amount, the voucher code will be invalid. In this case, the shipping costs will be deducted for the reimbursement. If you used the gift wrapping service and then returned the entire order, the refund will be made in full, minus the cost of this service, as packaging materials are not reusable.
